Wanted: Modern-day Daniels!

The purpose of the course is to provide participants with the tools and skills for leading local, regional, and national teacher movements. Daniel was a man who maintained integrity, wisdom, and influence even in an environment that was not pleasing to God. Today, we face a similar challenge in schools. The Daniel Academy is an intensive program designed to equip you, not only methodologically, but above all spiritually and strategically.

Our goal? To educate teachers as ambassadors of Christ.

The program is divided into key blocks:

🛡️ Leadership Development (8h): Transformational Leadership
We'll go to the roots. What does it mean to be a "Christ-centered" leader? We'll talk about the Heart of Change and spiritual warfare. It's not just theory – you'll learn practical skills: how to lead groups, build relationships, and be an effective mentor. We'll show you the process of transformation: Individual → Family → Community → Nation.

🌍 Movement Philosophy (10h): Being Part of Something Bigger
How can we reach more teachers? How can we fulfill Christ's great mission in education? We will explore the strategy of building national movements and the importance of spiritual partnerships (targeted prayer pairs). You will gain a "big picture" view of how God is working through teachers in Europe.

🛠️ Coaching Skills and Philosophy of the Daniel Movement (12h): Tools of the Master
To change the world, we must be able to work with people. You will master the FROG method (remembering names), work with life stories, and lead book clubs. You will take a deep dive into your identity and explore the vision of "Dreams Come True." You will also understand the DNA of our trainings and why we do things the way we do.

🎤 Community Learning (4h): Your Voice
A space for you. You will have the opportunity to practice and share a topic you are passionate about and receive valuable feedback in an encouraging environment.
