Yes, all attendees are responsible for making their own way to the conference. For most people, flying into Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) is the best option. From there, you can the train to Herborn (the closest station to the hotel)

Alternatively, you can drive directly to the hotel.

You can take the S-Bahn (commuter train) directly from Frankfurt Airport to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. From there, take a train or trains to Herborn Bahnhof. Participants should plan their route and purchase tickets in advance.

EurECA will arrange for a van to take participants from Herborn Train Station to the hotel. After registration closes, you will receive a form where you can provide your travel details and reserve a place in the van.

We will try to provide transportation for all participants, but those arriving outside the regular schedule may need to take a taxi. We will give instructions on how to get a taxi from Herborn to the hotel.

Most participants from Schengen countries can enter Germany with just a valid ID or passport. Participants from other countries may need a visa—please check the entry requirements for your nationality before traveling.
